As our father grew up, he witnessed this passion firsthand. Recognizing the potential of well-managed mobile home communities, he and our mother partnered with our grandparents to own and operate several communities. Their mission was simple but powerful: to provide clean, well-maintained, and dignified neighborhoods for families from all walks of life. What they built together was far more than a business—it was the beginning of a legacy.

From a young age, my brother and I were immersed in this work. We didn’t just learn how to maintain properties; we learned how to care for people.
